NO parties are permitted. There is NOT a grill due to fire code guidelines

Welcome to Honey Bear Den! Our beautiful 2 story traditional cabin is located in desirable Chalet Village, just 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and 20 minutes to Dollywood. Main Floor: • Open concept kitchen and living room with Smart TV and gas fireplace(fireplace usage from Oct. 1st to May 1st only) • Comfortable double size sleeper sofa • Large kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal for your group • Dining table for 8 • 1/2 bathroom • King bedroom with en suite bathroom and smart TV • Access to main level deck with outdoor seating Lower Level: • Game room with 3000 game arcade, air hockey table, smart TV and several board games • Full bathroom • Two Queen bedrooms with TV’s in each room • Full size Washer and Dryer • Access to lower deck with 4 person hot tub and outdoor seating Second living room area with a double size sleeper sofa Check In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in nor late check-out. We do not allow check-ins nor check-outs on holidays. We provide a starter pack consisting of dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, soap and conditioner. Other toiletries, condiments, creamer, sugar, zip lock bags, are NOT provided Security Camera: There is a security camera on the front of the cabin in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera or disconnect the Wifi, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. In the summer, enjoy access to our community pool/tennis courts, only a few minutes away. The Clubhouse is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day. When in season, the North clubhouse offers three swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, paved walking trail, ping pong, foosball, and assorted yard games. Drinks and concessions are available for purchase. You will have access with our annual member pass. Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. Bears: Please practice bear safety. Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers, don't feed or try to approach a bear, and don't leave any food outdoors, including in your car. Keep car doors locked as well. We have a family of bears that like to visit often and are not afraid of people.

Find us
You do have to drive up a mountain, so you will go up some steep, curvy roads. In winter, make sure you have a vehicle capable of handling the roads and slick road conditions. The parking area is sloped and there is room to park three vehicles safely in front of the cabin.
